IMPORTANCIA DEL PROYECTO

El proyecto Red de escuelas de formación musical del municipio de Pasto, está bien estructurado, maneja una cultura organizacional, cuenta con un Proyecto Educativo Institucional de la Red, Un Plan curricular, un manual de convivencia, planes de mejoramiento, entre otros.

El proyecto se desarrolla en diferentes escuelas musicales, en donde la formación en lo estético no se limita a apreciar el sentido de lo bello; con la música sucede que despierta en los educandos una de las condiciones fundamentales del ser humano, su sentido de la afectividad, su capacidad de crea nuevos mundos, el respeto por el otro y el trabajo en equipo y este último es fundamental para la creación de la “Sociedad de Organizaciones”, esto lo brinda el trabajo de las orquestas o bandas sinfónicas.

El trabajo en equipo no solo se convierte en un requisito del espacio temporal sino un hábito en el espacio social que traspasa la participación de los niños, niñas y jóvenes para reclamar una incorporación del estudiante a su entorno, Los padres de familia o personas responsables terminan comprometidos con su desempeño y anhelos.

Existe también una alta valoración de la sociedad que les permite a los participantes afianzar su autoestima, adquirir seguridad y potenciar su rol como ejemplo de vida ante los demás.

La sociedad principalmente los padres jugarán un papel fundamental en el desarrollo del proyecto. No solo por las iniciativas espontáneas que del proyecto se deriven sino también porque les permite asumir un rol de padres educadores que establecen lazos diferentes en su relación con sus hijos.

Teamwork not only becomes in a requirement for temporary space, also it becomes in habit in the social space that goes beyond the participation of children and youth people to claim a student's introduction to their environment; Parents and responsible persons of the project, are finally committed with their performance and hopes.
There is also a high valuation of the society that allows participants to strengthen their self-esteem, enhance security and their role as an example of life for others.

The society, mainly parents play a key role in developing the project. Not only for the spontaneous initiatives of the project but also because it allows them to assume a role of parent educators that build strong family ties in their relation that they keep with their children.
